Sorak Sorai

The café is imagined as an extension of Sorak Sorai’s spirit lively, warm, and inviting without being overstated. Sorak Sorai's brand’s energy is translated through atmosphere, where color is embedded into materials, textures, and light. Warm hues settle naturally into the space, shaping an environment that feels expressive yet grounded, capturing a sense of joy that is easy, familiar, and enduring.

The experience unfolds across a series of layered spaces, designed to be lived in from day to night. Indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor areas flow into one another, accommodating different moods and rhythms of use. Rooted in Solo’s culture of jagong—the simple act of sitting, talking, and spending time together—the café encourages lingering rather than passing through. A generous central void opens visual and spatial connections, allowing air and light to move freely, while reinforcing a relaxed, communal atmosphere that adapts effortlessly to the changing pace of the day.
